Overview

Welcome to the chapter for NY Metro Area! ( OR Tristate Area OR Greater New York Area )

Sewa's activities in the area started in April 2011. Our local activities can be broadly classified into two categories:

  • Fund-raising for worthy causes (like Sponsor A Child, Disaster Relief)
  • Taking part in local (in the US) community service projects like Publicolor, Adopt a Highway, Provide food to local shelters, Serve at Foodbanks, Meals On Wheels, Community Parks’ Cleanup etc.
