Help Reunite Fire Cats and Other Animals From The Paradise, CA With Their Families

Hundreds of cats and other animals are still behind the evacuation lines of Paradise, CA are waiting to be reunited with their owners. Local organizations have been putting out food and water in some of the locations, but are unable to track. Cats are extremely resilient animals but it has been a month since the fire and winter is setting in. It will soon become very difficult for them and other domestic animals still outside.

Using Technology can help rescue animals faster. Cats and most animals are scared when disaster occurs. They hide themselves in safe places and become nocturnal. Hence it is difficult to find them when people are allowed to visit only during the day. Trained trackers are placing trail cameras near places frequented by cats and other animals. This will help finding them sooner.

Trail cameras are expensive. A decent camera costs around $80, so I am looking to raise $1000 to purchase 11 cameras and SD cards. The cameras will be donated to Fieldhaven Feline Center, This group is working to trap animals safely and help reunite them with their owners. Any hurt animals are taken care off by NVADG in their medical facilities. Any extra money collected will go towards food and medical help provided by them. Thank you in advance for your contribution.
