Chirag Dave 
Chirag Dave Chirag is an adventure junkie and a problem solver at heart. He loves organizing and bringing people together for the greater good. His deep sense of community service is rooted in the National Service Scheme from his engineering days. He is passionate about education and cultural heritage and has volunteered in different capacities for several nonprofits. He is the President of Gujarati Samaj of Greater Austin for the last five years. He is also a co-founder of the Federation of Gujarati Associations of USA, a platform representing 1.6M Gujaratis in the USA. He is an MBA from the prestigious Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and manages Global eCommerce and Technology for one of the Dell businesses. He finds his inner zen in the mountains or while breathing in the ocean. |
Shashi Visweswaraiah
Shashi Visweswaraiah Shashi is a long-time resident of Austin, working as a semiconductor chip-design engineering manager, with experience on a wide-variety of automotive, networking and infotainment products. Shashi has been volunteering with Sewa Austin chapter since it's inception in January 2020. He is passionate about serving the local community through #ServeAustin and getting our youth involved in community service through L.E.A.D. During Covid, has been involved in bringing the Austin-area Indian community organizations together for a fundraiser to Central Texas Food Bank . Prior to joining Sewa, he volunteered with Austin Kannada Sangha, serving as President of the executive committee. |

Subba Raju Datla
Subba Raju Datla Raju is a result-oriented IT professional and a thought leader with many years of experience in client relationship management, problem analysis and resolution, software programming, and enterprise-level deployments. He developed a passion for community service at a very young age. Before being introduced to Sewa International in 2013 he volunteered for various non-profits in the greater Boston area and helped raise funds for disaster relief, education, women empowerment, and healthcare-related projects in India. He moved to Austin in 2021. Raju is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University and works as an InfoSec Engineer at HCL Software. |

Tisya Dave
Tisya Dave Tisya is an 8th grader at Canyon Vista Middle School. She is hardworking & creative and has a passion to serve her community. She has been working with Sewa for over two years and has volunteered for many different projects. Tisya conceptualized the Ronald McDonald House of Charities partnership with the Sewa Austin Chapter and has been in charge of coordinating the RMHC volunteering activities for the past two years. She leads with empathy and takes on active leadership roles in school like student council and Partners in PE. She is a PADI-certified Open Water Diver and in her free time enjoys Dance (Bharatnatyam and Garba) & Traveling. |
Maya Guggari
Maya Guggari Maya was introduced to Sewa international just around the corona pandemic time and helped organize meal kits and care packages for the needy in the community. She has been involved in the community over the past 20 years serving in various capacities in school committees/ Boy scout organizations and Austin Kannada Sangha as a way to give back to the society. Maya is a graduate of Texas Woman’s University and has over fifteen years of experience as Nutrition support dietitian and presently works at a local hospital’s Intensive care unit in Austin. |
Bala Ladukodi
Bala Ladukodi Bala Ladukodi is a long-time resident of Austin, TX. He is a dedicated individual who has been actively involved in community service through Sewa for over two years. As a mentor in the Sewa’s 2022 ‘Design to Lead’ (DTL) program, he has helped a team of students to successfully apply the 'design thinking framework to solve societal problems. In his professional life, Bala is leading the project management office for a Texas-based jewelry retail chain, where he applies his expertise in organization and leadership to ensure the success of the company's initiatives. Outside of work, Bala is an avid advocate for wildlife conservation and environmental sustainability. |

Supriya Rao
Supriya Rao Supriya is a licensed Certified Public Accountant(CPA), in Texas. She has extensive public accounting experience in the taxation industry working with high-net-worth individuals, closely held entities, and mid-size businesses. Supriya is very socially active in the community and is associated with several cultural and non-profit organizations. She is very passionate about women's empowerment and child education for the underprivileged. It is this passion that drove her toward Sewa's SHE program. Work hard, be kind and amazing things will happen is her life mantra. |
