Sewa International was awarded the Outstanding Non Profit award at 5th Annual Global 7 Awards hosted by Houston International Trade Development Council. For its work in Greater Houston area post Harvey and in Rosharon where Sewa International is leading the rebuilding and livelyhood efforts, White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders Executive Director Holly Lam sent a special recognition. Congressman Pete Olson, Sheil Jackson Lee also chipped in with certificates of Congressional Recognition.
