Narsimha Koppula Narsimha Koppula is passionate about US-India relations and service activities in India. He has been Executive Director US-India Security Forum (USISF) since 2009 where he was instrumental in conducting many successful events with experts in various security domains to help US and India to understand each other and increase cooperation on various defense and security fields. Prior to that, for many years he conducted events on US-India related issues under Deen Dayal Upadhaya Foundation in Washington DC. He actively participates with various service organizations including Sewa International USA, EKAl Vidyalaya, IDRF, Chinmaya Mission, HSS and others. He supports local and national Indian organizations and promotes participation of Indian-American community in US political process. | Ashish Khot
Ashish Khot Ashish Khot is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of TechnoMile, a leading provider of innovative cloud solutions that help government contractors transform and mature their business processes and harness the power of data to gain an information advantage and elevate enterprise performance. A seasoned entrepreneur and skilled technologist, for more than 2 decades, Khot has helped to create and grow successful technology companies. Prior to starting TechnoMile, he ran a successful consultancy tailoring Salesforce CRM to the needs of federal contractors. Before that, he co-founded and provided product and engineering leadership at uKnow.com (acquired by Bark Technologies) and Cruise.com, as well as served as a technology executive at buySafe, Inc. | Ramesh Deshpande
Ramesh Deshpande Ramesh Deshpande comes from a small village, Rajgurunagar, near Pune (India) He specializes in investment and finance including banking; agriculture and rural development, and public finance management. He worked for the Reserve Bank of India, the World Bank in Washington DC, and a US-based private consulting company on a number of projects in India and some twenty other countries. Among his voluntary activities, Ramesh has been instrumental in the formation of the Life In Yoga Foundation at Washington DC and has been its Chairman since inception in 2005 to 2012. Currently Ramesh works with India’s public and private sector institutions on restructuring, revitalization and reform issues concerning agriculture and rural development. He also devotes some time for activities of Sewa International, USA. |
Sree Sreenath
Sree Sreenath Sree N. Sreenath, Ph.D., MBA (Nonprofit), is a tenured full professor in the Electrical, Computer & Systems Engineering Department at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio. He has served as the Director of Case GEMNI (Graduate Engineering & Management National and International) Program. His research and educational interests are in complexity, with applications in Systems Biology (leukemia, prostate cancer, and hydrocephalus), Global Issues, and, Sustainable Development. He served as the Co-Director of UNESCO GENIe Program – an international network of educational institutions (1996-2006), and as the Director of the Complex Systems Biology Center (2007-2016) at Case. He consults with many developing countries on issues of water, energy, and policy. He has also served as the President of Sewa International for many years. | Prem Pusuloori
Prem Pusuloori Prem Pusuloori was Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at Integrated Systems Management, Inc., in New York. He has earned an MSc in Chemistry, an MSc in Geography, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications. After his formal education he worked fulltime for three years in support of social causes in India. He relocated to the US in 1998, and now lives in Maryland with his wife and daughters. | Swarup Kurella
Swarup Kurella Swarup Kurella works as an IT Management consultant to the Federal Government. He did his Masters in Engineering from Wright State University and lived in Dayton Ohio for eight years. He moved to Washington area in 2005 and has been active in participating in various community services. Swarup joined Sewa International in 2015 as the chapter coordinator and currently serves as the Regional Director of the Noretheast chapters. |
Shweta Deshpande
Shweta Deshpande Shweta Deshpande is a Financial Business Analyst working in Mortgage industry and living in Chantilly, Virginia. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Pune University, Pune, India. She has been a part of Sewa DC Chapter since 2010 and has organized and participated in several Sewa activities like ADOPT a HIGHWAY, Blood Donation camp, tree plantation etc. She is jointly directing the “Sewa Yatra“ project, an effort to encourage people to visit Sewa projects in India and internationally. |
