Mindfulness Workshop

Hosted by Sewa Bay Area LEAD Students

This summer, join us for a refreshing and inspiring journey into mindfulness.

Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this camp offers a welcoming and inclusive space to explore breath work, focus, gratitude, and presence. In addition to the live sessions, you’ll receive daily mindfulness tips through our dedicated WhatsApp group, keeping the spirit of mindfulness alive throughout the week.

Sewa International has partnered with Tracy Interfaith Ministries for this event. Volunteers will help with weighing, sorting, and shelving food; sorting and hanging clothing; making boxes; cleaning; and organizing.
