EVOLVE (Explore Virtue of Obeisance towards Life by Volunteering and Education) program is designed to help Medical Graduate students from Bharat to become part of the US Healthcare. Expert team of practicing doctors from the US provide knowledge, guidance and workshops (theoretical and practical as needed as possible). The foreign medical graduates who have already given USMLE and applied for the US Residency program are eligible to apply for this EVOLVE program at free of cost.

The program is structured in such a way that practicing US doctors become Mentors and aspiring students join the program as Mentees. Each of the Mentors are allocated 1-2 mentees in line with the mentee's interest in the medical field.
