Our Process

  • As and when we receive the helpline case, we will set up the resource list
  • Scrutinize cases and set the course of action after discussing with core group
  • Assign volunteer to a case
  • Log the case with hours spent
  • Update resource list as we go with the case
  • Core members should set/meet the resources needed and set the expectation with them. For exp - Indian Embassy

  • General public needed help with routine challenges like , mental health, Abuse, divorce and immigration lawyers, financial planning, medical assistance, wills and trusts, Visa issues, etc.
  • Volunteers – exposure to about social issues

How do they benefit from this program?

  • During any kind of challenge, we can try to provide solution, direct them on US laws and rules, benefits out of them, wills and trusts etc
