Madan Luthra Ji has taken responsibility as the Houston Chapter Vice President. Madan Luthra is a retired Research Scientist at the University of Texas M D Anderson Cancer Center (UTMDACC) and a previous faculty of Baylor College of Medicine. He has been associated with Sewa International for four-plus years as a part of the Family Services Group. He has a passion for serving the community at large. He and his wife Rajyalakshmi, longtime faculty at UTMDACC have been living in Missouri City in the Houston area, since 1980. He was also honored with the Governor's "Volunteer of the Year award" for 2021 for Texas by the First Lady of Texas.
