Partnerships Collaboration
![]() | AAPI - Sewa International USA has partnered with AAPI ( America Association of Physicians of Indian Origin ) and is working to focus on 2 of the common initiatives, Local clinics/health fair and International student mentorship program Evovle. In Atlanta, GA this partnership has resulted in the successful establishment of a free clinic. More details about the Free Clinic can be found here: Sewa Atlanta, in collaboration with the Georgia Association of Physicians of Indian Heritage, is providing free primary healthcare to uninsured and underinsured individuals in metro Atlanta. This initiative, launched in January 2024, has already served over 250 patients from underserved Hispanic communities. To bridge language and cultural barriers, Sewa Atlanta has partnered with local Hispanic organizations to provide bilingual interpreters and outreach support. By combining the expertise of volunteer physicians, nurses, medical students, and dedicated Sewa adult and LEAD volunteers, Sewa Atlanta is ensuring that essential healthcare services are accessible to those who need them most. |
