Sewa International - Seattle Chapter LEAD 2021
(LEAD - Leadership, Education and Development)
Youth Engagement Program for Students
General Eligibility: 8 - 12 Grade Students. They should be sincere in their commitment to the values of Sewa with integrity and discipline.
Program Dates: March 2021 to December 2021
Selection Criteria: Limited seats, first come first serve basis. Open to all nationalities, religious and ethnic backgrounds.
Registration Fee: $50 (For the calendar year 2021)
As a part of the LEAD program series, young adults are given opportunities to participate or lead in different activities and to earn volunteering hours.
Get Involved in the following volunteering opportunities in 2021 :
1. Sewa Seattle Area Initiatives
a. Food and Donation Drive
2. Sewa - Tech project - Build a Website
3. Fundraising to support Sewa projects
4. Planning and organizing Youth talent show event
5. Interaction with community leaders and health awareness workshops
6. Create your own DIY initiative to address community needs
7. Summer Educational training and opportunities

NOTE: All the LEAD kids are requested to sign up and send the Waiver form
