Running Marathon - Webinar, Wed Feb 15 @ 7:00 PM

We invite you to participate in this Running Marathon webinar, being done to encourage those who want to get into running Marathon! Seasoned marathoners from our S.E.L.F. Mentors group will be sharing their experience, tips for the beginners and answer your questions.  

We can add those of you who register for running half / full marathon, into our running group and provide guidance for training and help you get ready for the race. 40 runners from our running group participated in the Chevron Huston half/full Marathon on Jan 15; 23 of them were the first- time half-marathoners! If you want to be part of this exciting group and kick start your marathon journey, we recommend attending this webinar.
