Sewa Cleveland : International Yoga Day 2024

The Sewa Cleveland Chapter is partnering with AIPNO (Association of Indian Physicians of Northern Ohio) and University Hospitals to celebrate International Yoga Day by offering guided and free yoga classes on June 22nd.

This collaboration aims to promote physical and mental well-being in the community through the practice of yoga. Join us for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation as we come together to embrace the benefits of this ancient discipline.
