The Sewa Cleveland Chapter is partnering with University Hospitals to celebrate International Day of Yoga by offering a guided and free yoga class at University Hospitals Avon Health Center.

This collaboration aims to promote physical and mental well-being in the community through the practice of yoga. Join us for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation as we come together to embrace the benefits of this ancient discipline
