Journey Through Achievements:

• 48 Workshops & Seminars: Delving into Emergency Services, Health and Wellness Programs, and Education & Awareness Assistance.
• Health & Wellness: 12 events, including Yoga, Meditation, Mental Health, Nutrition, and the empowering Stop Diabetes Movement (SDM).
• Education & Awareness:16 events covering financial planning, disaster preparedness, and guidance on college admissions.

SELF Program Highlights:

• 13 Monthly 5K Walks/Runs:Engaging over 1,300 participants!
• Marathon Marvels: 74 half-marathon runners and 2 mentors completed full marathons, spreading the SELF magic.
• Collaboration & Community: 11 collaborative 5K walks/runs with 21 partners, expanding our impact.

Family Case Management Services:

From January to November 2023, we've extended support to 219 recipients across various categories, touching lives in moments of need.
