Sewa Annual Conference 2019

We encourage you to register for the conference to learn more about ongoing programs and be a part of future Sewa initiatives.

A Few important Points to make good note:

• WEATHER / ALLERGY: Arizona just had some showers to bring temperature little down & pleasant but expect it between 96/63 Fahrenheit on day of conference, Keep yourself Hydrated, Use comfortable clothes, Sun Glasses, Sun Screen & can have light jacket, sometime the weather is very unpredictable.  If you are allergic t o Pollen its a season here so carry necessary medicines.

• RIDE/ ACCOMMODATION: We already shared Accommodation & Ride plan whoever requested, Please track the spreadsheet for the details as few things may change. If any clarification, respond us back. You may get a call from our volunteer to confirm the arrangements.  Here is link with details. • Please Note: While we tried to make best possible arrangements for each & every participant, requesting your cooperation in case of some inconvenience.

• AIRPORT PICK UP: Volunteer will be waiting in cell Phone lot, Once you picked up your baggage, Please call the volunteer with your pick up location like Gate No. North or South side and wait near to the curbside.

• SATURDAY & SUNDAY RIDE: Ask your host to drop at conference venue on Sat & Sun, if not we will assist. Those leaving town on Sunday should get their baggage along with you when you arrive for conference on Sun morning.

Saturday night -  We should finish by 8:30 PM, talk to your host on how you would reach from Thunderbird High School to their home, as hosts may have plan for Saturday, we will assist you as needed through our HelpDesk.

SCHEDULE: Breakfast starts at 7:30 AM on Sat & Sunday at conference venue. Conference starts at 8:30 AM sharp on both days
