It also involves a sense of purpose in life. 3. Social Well-being: Mental health is intertwined with how you interact with and relate to others. Healthy social connections and relationships contribute to mental well-being. 4. Resilience: A key element of mental health is the ability to bounce back from adversity and cope with life's challenges effectively. 5. Self-Esteem: A healthy self-image and self-esteem are essential for good mental health. Feeling good about oneself and having a positive self-concept contribute to overall well-being. 6.
