Step by step guide for the existing donors to restart / fix the sponsorship payment 

Make a recurring payment and notifying sac support team so they can adjust it against your account through backend.  

Step 1:  Go to sac.sewausa.org/donations >> Choose same email id that was used originally while donating for 1st time.
  • Enter donation amount ($360 per student * no. of students)
  • Choose Recurring option > recurring yearly
  • Choose correct Chapter
  • Fill in other details and then make the donation. 

Step 2: Notify Support team to adjust the payment against your account through backend.

Part 2:  please review your credit card information as well so that similar issues do not happen in the future with your recurring sponsorship. (recommendated)

Step 1:  Logon to your Sponsor a Child account using your email that was used to make the payments 

Go to sac.sewausa.org >> Click on Log in button >> Enter your email and password >> Click on Sign in

If you don't remember the password,  enter your email address and click on "Forgot Password?" and it will send the password to your email account if the email account is correct.

Step 2:  Once logged in, click on "Manage Payment Method" and remove outdated credit cards and ideally keep only 1 credit card details that is current. 
for that, use "Add Payment Methods" button to add a new credit card >> make it the Primary Payment method >> Then remove old credit cards.
