Support Flood-Affected People in North India

Help the Flood-Affected Communities in North India

Heavy rains in the recent past have led to extensive flooding and landslides that took at least 22 lives in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Delhi and Jammu & Kashmir in North India. The affected communities need immediate assistance.

Sewa International is offering support and providing relief to those impacted by the floods. Many families have lost their homes and need basic supplies like food and toiletries as well as temporary shelters, tents, blankets, sweaters, etc.

Providing essential food items, packaged drinking water, and water purification supplies is crucial to prevent the outbreak of diseases. Medical teams and supplies are urgently needed to provide healthcare services to those injured and address any potential health emergencies arising from unhygienic conditions.

Once the floodwaters recede, there will be a significant need to rebuild damaged infrastructure, including homes, hospitals, schools, and roads. Rehabilitation programs will also be essential to help affected families regain their livelihoods.

Please contribute to our relief efforts, as your donations will directly reach those who need help. Join us in supporting the flood-affected communities of North India.
